Screen printing is the original method of printing to CDs, DVDs, BD-Rs and for designs that use Pantone colours or bold colours in the design, it remains the most effective print method
You can now have Screen or Litho printed (Blank or Duplicated) CD-R discs for quantities of 100 or more!
We now offer CD Screen and Offset Litho printing on low volume orders from 100+, screen and litho print have normally been used for large volume orders of 1,000 or more for the retail market. This exceptional service is a reflection of our continued efforts to be flexible as we can be to meet ever changing market demands.
We can screen print a maximum of six colours (including white base) to your disc, either as Pantone colours, CMYK, or a combination of both. Screen printing also allows us to use specialist inks, so if you would like your disc to have metallic or fluorescent colours, or a matt varnish this is the process to use.
Screen printing is available on all disc formats.
